Swat Kats Blopper

This picture has a funny story behind it. When I was going to post it on SK.us contest, I calculated to make it few minutes before closing. And I did, but in my time, not GMT 0. ^^''''''
Also when creating it, I had to flip horizontaly the picture because of the speak position.

I know, Ann Gora is badly drawn. XP It's the best I could do on MS Paint. XP
